CHARACTERISTICS OF BUILDINGS
We built the complex of six villas amphitheatrically on a green slope, a short distance from the clear blue beaches, gazing at the charming Aegean sea and the imposing mountain ridges of Halkidiki.
“Balcony on the Aegean”, is what the residents of the area, call this land property’s location, on which SKITIVILLAS was created. As well as they describe it as a “jewel” building unit for the village housing infrastructure.
